Just like the Cosby's

My apologies, I have not kept up. But here is the update. I am in NY! Finally the day has come to be in Brooklyn. It was great to see Kyle once again, and be in my new surroundings.

The apartment is in a GREAT neighborhood! It's quiet at night, in fact we sleep with the windows up. Yes it's that safe! It's small in comparison to the money we pay and what you would get home, but just an adjustment. I mean we are paying for safety folks, this is no joke. lol

Kyle had class the first night so about 2 hours after I arrived I was by myself, so I just took off exploring the neighborhood. So much stuff is available! Fresh markets, and the subway station is 3 blocks away. Now that is amazing!

My legs are tired from walking, and my back hurts from sleeping on an air mattress, but I wouldn't want to be anywhere else than here right now. I'm still in my overwhelming phase, but I have a feeling that is going to go away soon :)
