Ok some political information for those out there

So most of you know, it's clear I am an Obama supporter. First, let me say you can vote for whomever you choose, just get registered and vote people. Take a stand in life instead of riding the fence.

And yes, I am too tired of attack ads from both candidates. Unfortunately, we as a whole are stupid enough to get our information from tv commercials and vote on what we want to hear.

Folks, I have done my research and I urge you to do the same. Now, do I agree with everything Obama wants? Absolutely not! Somedays, I can't even agree with Kyle what to have for dinner. Regardless I have strong opposition to Gov. Palin. She is a very strong woman who has made significant changes in Alaska, but personally (and yes this is just a personal issue) I cannot understand how ANYONE can use their child with special needs as a platform for political gain. It's just utter bullshit to me to be honest! Just do some fact checking on her. Not statements from other Republicans or Fox News, but rather from factual informative sources on what issues you decided are important.

Now onto the heavy stuff. Here is some data I collected from the Census and the US Dept of Labor.

Median Household Income
  • Reagan Era - an actual growth of 35% with an INCREASE of todays value of $1688 per family annually
  • Bush Sr. Era - an actual growth of 11% with a decrease of todays value of $1493 per family annually
  • Clinton Era - an actual growth of 27% with a INCREASE of todays value of $6498 per family annually
  • Bush Jr. Era - an actual growth of 16% with a decreas of todays value of $324 per family annually
Unemployment Rates
  • Reagan Era - a decrease from 6.3% to 5.7%    = - 0.6%
  • Bush Sr. Era - an increase from 5.7% to 7.3% = 1.6%
  • Clinton Era - a decrease from 7.3% to 4.0%    = - 3.3%
  • Bush Jr. Era - an increase from 4.0% to 6.1% = 2.1%
I have enclosed links to both candidates plans.
