So I mentioned in my last blog I had that second interview with a non-profit based in Oakland, CA, but starting up a new chapter here in NY. None of my references had been called and it had been over a week, so I threw that idea out with the wash. Until.....I was doing the wash yesterday and my phone rings. It was them wanting me to come out for the final interview. They are bringing me out to Oakland to see the program. I had the balls enough to ask how many candidates were interviewing and it's down to just two of us. I was obviously excited! Then it hit me. They want me out there March 17th.
Now I have a trip planned to see my friends and get some final things scheduled for March 13-16. So a moment of panic hit me trying to figure it all out, but have no fear, I pulled off both. So wish me luck!
